If safety dictates so,
LabForce 1 has also available an explosion-safe test facility to accommodate measurements to be performed at high pressure and/or high temperature. This autoclave site physically separates man and machine by a thick solid wall.In addition to its lab facilities,
LabForce 1 has also a workshop available to cope with on the spot adjustments for a test rig or to machine smaller parts that quickly have to be incorporated in a measurement set up.For the larger construction items there is a special workshop available. This workshop is well equipped with different types of more dedicated tools to machine the design put on drawing paper by our (construction) engineers. They have basic knowledge of possible interactions between materials, fluids at required environmental test conditions on one end combined with the workshop tools capabilities and cost awareness on the other end. By combining these essential elements in their product they are able to deliver a safe and fit for purpose design.
